The Yeager was built at the ASDB Intregration Facility at Utopia Planitia Fleet Yards, Mars.
This ship can be seen in the background scenes of the Deep Space 9. It
has an Intrepid-class primary hull attached to a Maquis raider hull.
The DS9:Technical Manual refers to this vessel as an Intrepid-class variant. The model is labeled USS
Yeager NCC-65674.

Assigned to Deep Space 9 during the
war. The Yeager was also part of the fleet sent to retake the station.
Named after Chuck Yeager, the first man to break the sound barrier. The Yeager has been
seen in the backgrounds of DS9 in several episodes.
